Acts as a carrier and conditioning agent. It is non-polar, non-reactive, substantive, dry and less oily dimethicone fluid. It offers low surface tension, broad viscosity range, water barrier, spreading and lubrication.

Polydimethylsiloxane polymer. Used in protective creams, skin lotions, hand creams, waterless hand cleaners, vanishing creams, suntan lotions, aerosol shave lathers, makeup, shampoos, toilet soaps, antiperspirants and many other common preparations. Acts as an emollient and a lubricant. Posesses protective, detackifying, spreading and conditioning properties. Offers characteristics such as hydrophobicity, non-occlusivity and resistance to oxidation.
